Zhang Zhenzhong, male, born in 1977. Obtained his PhD. degree at 2004. He engaged himself to thin film growth and p-type doping of ZnO based materials. By using on-line spectral monitoring plasma spectra, he realisd p-type doping of ZnO and fabricating a p-n junciotn LED on sapphire substrate. This result was firstly reported on international conference of luminescence at 2005. The related result was reported in Applied Physics Letters, which has been quoted more than 120 times.
