摘要 | In this letter, we report the observation of ultraviolet light-induced change of excited charge-transfer band in nanocrystalline Y2O3:Eu3+, which is attributed to the rearrangements of local environments surrounding the Eu3+ ions in the near surface of nanoparticles.
