摘要 | The near infrared (NIR) photoluminescence (PL) and electroluminescence (EL) from a holmium organic complex were studied. The five peaks of emission at 580 nm, 660 nm, 980 nm, 1200 nm and 1500 nm were attributed to the 4f internal electronical transmissions of the Ho3+ ions. It was observed that the emission intensity of the exciplex at organic interface exhibited a tendency to saturation beyond a certain driving voltage, while the emissions of the Ho 3+ ions kept increasing. |
