摘要 | In order to meet the special needs of the integrated design of space optical mirror support and piezoelectric ceramic drive, a connection form based on a three-dimensional compliant structure is proposed. According to the relationship between the flexibility and deformation of the compliant structure, seven items that affect the compliance of the compliant structure are sorted out, based on the stiffness constraint boundary conditions, analyzes the stiffness characteristics of the compliant structure, and derives the dimensionless stiffness formula suitable for the three-dimensional structure. The article analyzes the sensitivity of the main factors that affect flexibility. According to the sensitivity of the parameters, the global structure of the compliant structure is optimized, and the final scheme of the compliant structure is determined according to the optimization results. The compliant structure has good flexibility in the working direction and good rigidity in the vertical working direction. When used in groups, the rigidity characteristics of the whole group meet the requirements of the integrated design of the mirror support and the piezoelectric drive.
