摘要 | A simple chemical coprecipitation method was utilized to synthesize the monodispersed Fe3O4 nanoparticles with adding surfactant of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). The structures of Fe3O4 and SDS-Fe3O4 nanoparticles were characterized, which indicated that the SDS modification can effectively prompt the formation of monodispersed Fe3O4 nanoparticles. The presented M-H hysteresis loop revealed that the monodispersed Fe3O4 nanoparticles exhibited superparamagnetic characteristics at room temperature, which was further proved by the field-cooled/zero field cooled curves. Detailed biocompatibility was further investigated by using MTT assays, indicating that these monodispersed Fe3O4 nanoparticles are promising for biological application. |
