摘要 | Pyrolysis mechanism in Si-B-C-N polymer-to-ceramic transformation were studied at different temperature by FTIR and Resonance Raman spectra, the results indicated that from 15 degrees C to 600 degrees C, a first weight loss occurs, and is related to the volatilization of low-molecular-mass oligomers, and an organic/inorganic transition takes place between 600 degrees C-800 degrees C. It yields an amorphous Si/B/C/N precursors ceramics containing a significant amount of free carbon. |
