摘要 | Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopy(CLSM) has been applied widely in the biological and medical sciences. The paper proposes one type of CLSM. Its opto-mechanical and electrical components are designed to reduce the blurring effect in the whole imaging process and improve its resolution. The opto-mechanical system includes a polygonal mirror and a galvanometer scanner to implement an x-y scan. The relay optical system is utilized to obtain a small scan spot size and high efficiency. The reflected fluorescence signal is detected by a photomultiplier tube. The electrical control system and image acquisition system are designed with an optimized scan velocity and sample clock. The analysis results show that the design of the CLSM is satisfactory and all component are optimized for in-vivo scanning imaging. The system is characterized by higher adaptability, easy to upgrate and lower costs. |
