卷号 174 摘要 Magnetic actuators have attracted widespread attention due to their advantages of fast and remote control. However, how to prepare quickly and obtain more abundant deformation modes still remains to be solved. In this paper, a composite printing powder with ultra-low modulus is developed for the preparation of asymmetric magnetic actuators. Except for the traditional bending deformation mode, the asymmetric magnetic actuators can also exhibit folding deformation mode due to the existence of gap structure. Based on the above methods, multi-dimensional asymmetric magnetic actuators are printed, and they all produce rich deformation shapes. The experimental results also show that the deformation amount of folding deformation is 5 times that of bending deformation. Finally, the experiments of butterfly wing bionics and trapper are prepared. It is proved that the magnetic actuator designed with this asymmetric structure has a broad application prospect in the field of soft robotics and bionics. © 2023 Elsevier Ltd
