Preparation and electrochromic properties of MoO3/WO3 composite film

摘要MoO3O/WO3O composite films with different MoO3O deposition cycles were prepared to use conductive glass as the substrate by combining hydrothcrmal method and electrochemical deposition method. Electrochromic reversibility, optical density (AOD), coloration efficiency, stability and responding time of MoO3O/WO3O composite film were obtained by clcctrochomical measurement technologies and spectral tests. The results show that the MoO3O/WO3O composite film with 8 MoO3O electrodeposited cycles has the best electrochromic performance compared with single W03 nanorod film or MoO3O film, and the electrochromic reversibility is 62. 19%, the optical density is 0. 61, the coloration efficiency is 153. 16 crrr/C, the coloring and bleaching responding time is 8. 37 s and 4. 77 s, respectively. It the meanwhile, it has a narrower band gap and higher cyclic stability. © 2023 Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials (BIAM). All rights reserved.
