摘要 | The application of metasurface in invisibility technology is mainly based on its phase control function, which provides a new choice for the design of ultra-thin carpet cloaking devices with arbitrary shape. At present, most of the carpet cloaking devices mainly focus on metal structure metasurfaces. The Ohmic loss of metallic materials seriously affects the efficiency of cloaking devices. To reduce Ohmic loss and improve reflection efficiency, a dielectric resonance cylindrical harmonic oscillator is proposed to construct the metasurface layer. Based on the analysis of the principle of carpet reflection cloaking, a dielectric metasurface layer is optimized to cover a triangular scatterer, making it invisible. The near field and far field scattering characteristics of dielectric metasurface carpet cloaking device are numerically simulated to confirm its cloaking effect. |
