摘要 | A four-wavelength DFB laser array based on S-bent waveguide and sampled grating is experimentally demonstrated. The laser array shows good single mode operation and uniform wavelength spacing. Since the fabrication for multi-wavelength of the gratings only requires conventional sampled grating combined with s-bent waveguides, the whole laser chip fabrication is very simple. |
