紧凑型中红外固体激光器散热性能分析

Abstract针对中红外固体激光器结构紧凑、抽运源模块温度要求严苛等引起的激光器散热难题,采用强制对流冷却、半导体制冷与热管导热等多种方法相结合建立了激光器的散热系统。应用COMSOL有限元软件建立了紧凑型中红外固体激光器散热系统有限元模型,利用温度传感器采集激光器侧壁和内部温度数据,对比有限元计算结果验证了模型的有效性。基于此模型计算了在不同环境温度条件下如风扇转速、热管等参数对激光器散热结果的影响,提高风扇转速、增加热管等方式可提高激光器散热效果,并且随着环境温度升高,散热效果改善明显。
