摘要 | The focusing mechanism is an important part of the aerial camera because the focusing precision determines whether the camera can obtain clear remote sensing images. After introducing the working principle of auto collimation and focusing of aerial camera, this paper establishes the mathematical model of the relationship between the defocusing amount and the MTF of the optical system, compares the defocusing amount with that determined by the focal depth formula, and concludes that the said model can better reflect the relationship between the defocusing amount and image quality, which is verified by environmental adaptability test. Next, the author conducts a detailed analysis of the factors that affect the focusing precision, and designs a high precision focusing mechanism driven by eccentric cam and linear guide. Finally, the author tests the focusing precision of the mechanism, and finds out that it meets the design requirements (the error in linear transmission precision: 0.004mm; the error in optical axis shaking? 8"). The method of error distribution and precision design proposed in this paper is applicable to aeronautical and astronautic remote sensing which have a high demand of focusing precision. |
