摘要 | In order to overcome damages to image qualitycaused by the position changes of image plane of a large space camera whose orbit altitudes continue varying, we designed a focusing mechanism with high precision and high reliability. With this mechanism, the positions of the image plane are free for real-time adjustment. First of all, we analyzed the characteristics of the optical system structure of this space camera as well as the demand for imaging. On this basis, we checked the merits and demerits of commonly-used focusing mechanisms and then devised a planar reflector style focusing mechanism based on the lead screw nut. The precision analysis theory and the modern theory of reliability were used for respective precision analysis and reliability analysis of the mechanism designed in the paper, with the reliability degree being determined. Finally, a mechanical environment test was done on the focusing mechanism, and a precision measurement test was done on the linearly moving focusing mechanism. Through theoretical analysis, we calculated its precision of rotation as 1.86mu;m, and its reliability to be around 1. The test results show that the focusing mechanism' mechanical performance, positional precision (1.6mu;) and pointing precision (2") all satisfy corresponding requirements. The focusing mechanism designed in the paper is able to meet the demands for space camera focusing. |
