ADRC control system for airborne opto-electronic platform

摘要A model for aerial photoelectrical stabilized platforms was analyzed and it was simplified with a current loop. The disturbance influencing the platform stability was explained and a disturbance rejection method was illustrated. An Active Disturbance Rejection Controller (ADRC) was designed based on forecast revision. Firstly, a method is proposed to reduce the time lag and the overshoot of disturbance observing values by amending followed by forecasting. Then, a new controller was designed based on the two stage extended state observer to isolate the disturbance linearly and dynamically. Finally, a speed stability experiment and a target tracking experiment were taken on a vibration platform and the robustness of the system was also analyzed. The experimental results show that the designed controller method improves the disturbance isolation by 5.88 dB as compared with conventional method. Moreover, the designed control system has good robustness while the system parameters vary by 15%. As the proposed control system has good practicability and stronger robustness, it observably improves the disturbance isolation of the opto-electronic platforms. , 2015, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
