摘要高性能、高精度的望远镜需要不同等级电压、不同功率输出的轴系驱动电源。随着新型材料、控制技术和经济的发展,望远镜轴系驱动电源先后经历了相控电源、线性电源和开关电源的发展历程。相比于相控电源和线性电源,开关电源在望远镜轴系驱动控制系统的电源要求中表现出了集成度高、抗干扰能力强、稳压范围宽、电路形式灵活多样等特点,逐步成为主流。并且随着开关电源电路拓扑、控制理论的逐渐成熟,以及望远镜轴系驱动用电容量的不断增大,将大功率高频开关电源应用于望远镜轴系驱动用功率电源领域是望远镜研制过程中十分关注的问题,具有非常重要的意义。 本文是根据望远镜主轴系驱动电源的结构特点,设计了一款望远镜用5kW高频开关电源系统,开关电源的输出电压为40Vdc —140Vdc连续可调,输出最大电流为60A,输出额定功率为5kW。开关电源主电路采用全桥拓扑结构,为了满足所设计的望远镜用5kW高频开关电源的高频特性,全桥拓扑结构中的开关管采用通态阻抗小的大功率IGBT管,次级采用全波整流电路;控制电路采用单片机C8051F120作为通信监控接口,并采用SG2525作为PWM控制电路的核心芯片;驱动电路采用2SD106AI作为核心模块。望远镜用5kW高频开关电源相比于之前的高频开关电源创新之处在于采用了智能接口将开关电源与上位机相连,可实时根据望远镜驱动电源的需求通过上位机对开关电源的输出电压和输出电流进行设置,并且开关电源的输出电压、输出电流、模块温度等参数可通过液晶显示屏即时显示,方便用户实时查看电源运作情况;并且为了保证开关电源的稳定性和可靠性,对开关电源设计了一系列的保护措施;通过仿真软件对所设计的望远镜用5kW高频开关电源进行建模仿真来验证理论分析的正确性和设计方案的可行 性。最后对设计的望远镜用5kW高频开关电源建立实验平台并进行性能测试,结果满足设计要求。
其他摘要High-powered and high precision telescopes need a shaft drive power supply of different rating voltage and power output. with the development of new materials, control technology and economy, has experienced a phase power supply, linear power supply and the development of switch power supply. Compared with phased power supply and linear power supply, switching power supply in the telescope shaft drive power system shows high integration、strong anti-jamming ability、wide voltage range、flexible circuit form etc., gradually become the mainstream. As switch power supply circuit topology and control theory has become mature gradually, and the increasing of the telescope shaft drive power capacity, Applying high power switching power source to the telescope shaft drive system is a great concern problem in the process of telescope development, has very important significance. In this article, we designed a 5kW high-frequency switching power source used in the telescope shaft drive power system. Which output voltage is 40Vdc-140Vdc continuous adjustable, the maximum output current is 60A,the rated output power is 5kW. The main circuit of the switch power supply adopts full bridge topology structure which switch tube using small high-power IGBT state impedance tube in order to meet the frequency characteristic of high frequency switch power supply; The control circuit adopt one-chip computer C8051F120 as communication monitoring interface, and uses the SG2525 as the core of the PWM control circuit chips; Drive circuit adopts 2SD106AI as the core module. The 5kW high-frequency switching power supply used in the telescope shaft drive power system compared to the previous high frequency switch power supply has many innovations such as using the intelligent interface connect switch power supply to the PC, we can through the upper machine to set the output voltage and output current at any time according to the requirements of telescope drive power. And the output voltage, output current, modules temperature and other herbs can display at the liquid crystal, the user can check the power supply operation at any time. And in order to ensure stability and reliability of the switching power supply, design a series of protection measures of switching power supply. Finally through simulation software for the design of the telescope with a 5kW high-frequency switching power supply for modeling and simulation to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the design. At the last, establish experimental platform of the 5kW high-frequency switching power supply to test its performance, the results meet the design requirements.
