Optical design of high sensitive star sensor with wide spectrum

摘要The measurement of star sensor is precision, and the drift is small; the star sensor has been applied in modern spacecraft extensively. High-quality star sensor has the advantages of high sensitive, wide spectrum, small volume and light weight. In order to improve the performance of the star sensors, star sensor optical system needs larger relative aperture, wider spectrum range and better imaging quality. The diffraction optical element has special dispersion and focal power characteristics, which can correct chromatic aberration of optical system better, simplify structure and improve the image quality. Relative aperture of hybrid diffractive-refractive optical system is 1/1; spectrum ranges from 450 nm to 900 nm; relative distortion is less than 0.03%. After processing and adjustment, image quality and relative distortion have been tested. Optical system minimum laboratory static modulation transfer function is 0.302 (Nyquist), maximum relative distortion is -0.021%, and imaging encircled energy diameter is less than 14 m. Imaging quality of every field is consistent; each technical index requirement has been met.
