Effect of Co content on thermal stability and microstructure of Fe80-xCoxZr8Mo2B9Cu1 alloys

摘要Fe80-xCoxZr8Mo2B9Cu1(x=10, 20, 30) amorphous alloy ribbons prepared by melt-spinning were annealed at different temperatures. The thermal property and microstructure of the alloys were investigated by differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the thermal stability is weak for high Co alloy. The crystallization processes of three amorphous alloys are similar. Only -Fe(Co) phase precipitates in their initial stage of crystallization.
