Abstract合成了一种新型Er3+-Yb3+共掺配合物Er1.2Yb0.8(PBa)6(Phen)2,在有机溶剂环戊酮中有具良好的溶解性,Er3+离子在材料中的质量百分比掺杂浓度可达10.8%。这种配合物可以直接旋涂成膜,用原子力显微镜(AFM)测得配合物薄膜表面粗糙度为0.745nm。荧光发射谱的测试表明,配合物的荧光半高宽(FWHM)为60nm。以PMMA基片为衬底,制备了稀土掺杂全聚合物光波导放大器,且当泵浦光波长为980nm、功率为200mW和信号光功率为0.2mW时,在3.2cm长的样品中获得了2.7dB@1 535nm的相对增益。
