摘要 | Fine stability is the key factor for the imaging quality of optical reflectors for remote space sensors under environmental force and thermal constraints. To solve the problem that the reflector surface accuracy cannot meet the systems requirements using the original support structure, a flexible support structure for the space optical reflector is designed. Gravity, thermal elastic and dynamic stiffness are analyzed using a finite element model so that the flexible support structure is optimized. Dynamic and static detection tests of the reflector assembly are carried out. Results indicate that the first resonance frequency of the reflector assembly is 382.96 Hz, the surface accuracy of reflector reaches PV&le/6 with an RMS&le/50. Analysis and test results demonstrate that the reflector assembly can meet the desired imaging quality under the environmental force and thermal constraints with an acceptable flexible support structure. |
