摘要 | The coupling of piezoelectric and semiconducting properties in zinc oxide created a strain field and charge separation across the nanowire as a result of its bending. Such built-in fields open an additional channel of electron-phonon coupling that enhanced the longitudinal optical phonons scattering significantly. |
