摘要 | A coating on PDP phosphor by a thin and homogeneous layer of nano-scale colloidal Al(2)O(3) and SiO(2) using the sol-gel method was investigated and the mechanism was studied. ICP-AES, SEM, FT-IR and powder XRD were employed to characterize the coating. |
