摘要	The Raman scattering in Zn0.74Cd0.26Se/ZnSe superlattices under hydrostatic pressures up to 4.53 GPa at room temperature has been studied. The pressure-dependences of the ZnSe-like LO-phonon (LOb) and the Zn0.74Gd0.26Se-like LO-phonon (LOw) have been obtained. At 2.7 GPa, the pressure-coefficients of both LOb and LOw phonon energies increase abruptly. The 2LO(w)-phonon resonance has been observed at 1.82 GPa with 488.0 nm excitation for the Zn0.75Cd0.25Se/ZnSe superlattices.
