摘要 | A tunable full-color-emitting Ca3Sc2Si3O12:Ce3+, Mn2+ (CSS:Ce3+, Mn2+) phosphor is obtained by addition of doped ions as charge compensation. White LEDs with high R-a (490) are achieved using the single CSS:Ce3+, Mn2+ phosphor. |
