摘要A laser diode array end pumped high power orange yellow continuous wave Nd:YVO4 dual-wavelength laser with intracavity sum-frequency mixing was demonstrated. By type I Critical Phase Matching (CPM) LBO, 593 nm orange-yellow laser is obtained using 1064 nm and 1342 nm intracavity sum-frequency mixing. With 12 W incident pump laser, 1.1 W TEM00 mode orange-yellow laser output with low noise is obtained, the optical-to-optical conversion goes up to 9.2%, the M2 factor is less than 1.2, and the power instability is less than 2% within 4 h. This is the highest output power achieved at 593 nm with an intracavity sum-frequency Nd:YVO4 laser.
