摘要An optoelectronic tracking system is introduced, which is composed of horizontal and vertical axes. These two axes are independent and complement each other. This system can capture automatically any target in the field of vision. Combined control is a method to improve the tracking precision of an opto-electronic tracking system which can resolve any inconsistency contradiction between accuracy and stability, as the speed of the tracking target is hard to be measured directly. The equivalent combined control uses the speed information which is obtained by integrating the acceleration. The acceleration is directly measured from the inertial component by using an accelerometer in the design. By comparing the opto-electronics tracking system with the equivalent combined control, we find that by using the equivalent combined control, the accuracy of opto-electronic tracking servo system can be increased by 7.79 times.
